1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from Happy Drive.

• A valid driver’s license, passport, or Emirates ID is required at the time of booking.

• You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all the legal requirements to operate the rented vehicle in the UAE.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A reservation is confirmed only after full payment or a deposit is made.

• Payments can be made online through our website or in person at the time of vehicle collection.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Usage

• The renter is responsible for the care and safe operation of the rented vehicle.

• Smoking and the transport of illegal goods in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

• Any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

• The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided.

5. Insurance

• All vehicles come with basic insurance as per UAE regulations.

• Additional insurance coverage (e.g., full coverage, damage waivers) may be purchased at an extra cost.

• The insurance does not cover damages resulting from reckless driving, off-road use, or negligence.

6. Liability

• Happy Drive is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to the renter’s property while using our services.

• The renter is liable for any damages to the vehicle not covered by insurance.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the rental period will be eligible for a full refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the booking amount.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Privacy Policy

• Happy Drive values your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing our services.
